Terms and Conditions

Activation:

Policy is active from the date the customer is registered. For the first 14 days, only hospitalizations as a result of an accident will be covered. After the 14 days, all hospitalizations will be covered.

Terms

Benefits are granted on a monthly basis and subject to the payment of full premium by the customer to Turaco.

Claims

Contact CBS PEWOSA Eyeeterekera at +256 7789428207 within one week of the incident. A CBS PEWOSA Eyeeterekera agent will guide you through the required documentation. Claims will be promptly disbursed to your mobile money account within 3 working days upon receiving all necessary documents.

Exclusions:

A customer cannot claim if an event is a result of the use of drugs or alcohol, engaging in criminal activity, riots, demonstrations, suicide, self-inflicted injury, war or terrorism

Personal Data:

All customer information collected will be held securely by CBS Pewosa Eyeetereekera Cooperative. and Turaco. Turaco may share member data with third parties for the purposes of policy administration and communications directly related to the policy administration
