Policy is active from the date the customer is registered. For the first 14 days, only hospitalizations as a result of an accident will be covered. After the 14 days, all hospitalizations will be covered.
Benefits are granted on a monthly basis and subject to the payment of full premium by the customer to Turaco.
Call Turaco on +256 781084353 or +256 700282252 within one week after the incident date. A Turaco agent will assist you with the necessary documentation. Claims will be paid to the customer via mobile money within 3 working days of receiving full documentation.
A customer cannot claim if an event is a result of the use of drugs or alcohol, engaging in criminal activity, riots, demonstrations, suicide, self-inflicted injury, war or terrorism
All customer information collected will be held securely by CBS Pewosa Eyeetereekera Cooperative. and Turaco. Turaco may share member data with third parties for the purposes of policy administration and communications directly related to the policy administration
